- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk (any preferred type)
- Honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- Vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a small pot or kettle. Once boiling, add the dried lavender.
- Remove from heat, cover, and steep for about 5 minutes to extract flavor.
- While steeping, heat the milk in another pot until steaming but not boiling.
- Strain the lavender infusion into a pitcher, then combine with the warm milk.
- Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired, and stir in vanilla extract for an extra flavor boost.
- Serve hot or let cool before pouring over ice for an iced version.
