- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients along with milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a platter.
