  • For Maple Glaze: 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 11×7 inch baking pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix well.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and fold in chopped apples until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  5. Prepare the maple glaze by melting butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in maple syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Drizzle over cooled blondies before slicing.
