Instructions

  2. Stir in sundried tomatoes and sprinkle flour into the pot while stirring continuously for about a minute.
  3. Gradually add chicken stock while stirring to create a smooth base.
  4. Mix in Tuscan spices, sea salt, and tomato paste; bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Slowly stir in heavy cream and apple vinegar; let simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add gnocchi and chopped kale; cook according to package instructions (about 3–5 minutes).
  7. Finish off with fresh lemon juice and grated parmesan before serving hot.
