- 2 cups cooked and shredded organic chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups organic chicken stock
- 3 Tbsp organic all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
- 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped organic kale (fresh or frozen)
- 1 package potato gnocchi (usually around 16 oz)
- Optional: Fresh lemon juice and grated parmesan for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt olive oil and butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in sundried tomatoes and sprinkle flour into the pot while stirring continuously for about a minute.
- Gradually add chicken stock while stirring to create a smooth base.
- Mix in Tuscan spices, sea salt, and tomato paste; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Slowly stir in heavy cream and apple vinegar; let simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add gnocchi and chopped kale; cook according to package instructions (about 3–5 minutes).
- Finish off with fresh lemon juice and grated parmesan before serving hot.
