- 3 cups diced watermelon
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups diced cantaloupe
- 2 cups diced honeydew
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup or honey
- ⅛-¼ tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 ½ tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, agave syrup, and sea salt. Stir in the chopped mint and basil; set aside.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
- Slice strawberries lengthwise into thin rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine all fruit and gently pour the dressing over them. Toss lightly to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
