Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Place cabbage wedges on the baking sheet with the flat side down, ensuring space between each piece.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each wedge.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top, and let melt slightly before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy warm.
