- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and press into a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 45 minutes until set in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool with the door ajar for about an hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Drizzle with caramel sauce before slicing.
