Ingredients
- 9 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 1 cup mini pretzel knots
Instructions
- Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth; stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal into a zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. While still tacky, sprinkle with M&Ms, pretzels, and any additional toppings.
- Allow to set for about 20 minutes before breaking apart any clumps and storing in an airtight container.
