- Chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions
- Cut small circles in the center of each apple slice to form donut shapes.
- Soak apple rings in a mixture of 2 cups water and juice of 1 lemon for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning. Pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Generously spread the peanut butter mixture over each apple slice.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
