Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 10 x 4.5-inch loaf tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder; mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the melted butter, orange juice, and zest until well incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
