Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Stir in mashed bananas until just mixed.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture using a rubber spatula until fully incorporated.
- Fold in walnuts evenly.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
