Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing softened plant-based butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined. Allow it to rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with softened butter and peanut butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon before adding banana slices.
- Roll the dough into a log shape, slice into 12 rolls, and place in a greased baking dish. Let them rise again briefly.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned.
- While cooling, whisk together peanut butter, confectioners sugar, and non-dairy milk to create the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
