- 2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter

- 1 cup corn syrup

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar; press into the bottom of a trifle dish and refrigerate.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla. Whip heavy cream separately, folding it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Create the pecan filling by heating corn syrup with sugar and cinnamon; stir in chopped pecans and let cool.
- Assemble by layering crust, cheesecake filling, and warm pecan filling repeatedly until dish is full.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving; garnish with whipped cream and extra pecans.
