- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat.
- Add beef stock, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, crushed black peppercorns, and salt to the melted butter; stir well.
- Let the sauce simmer for 5-10 minutes while stirring frequently until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Serve immediately over your favorite protein or transfer to a serving bowl.
