Instructions
- Drain the canned pineapple and set aside the chunks. Measure out the maraschino cherries along with some juice.
- In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, white apple vinegar, and coconut vanilla extract. Stir gently.
- Add chopped pineapple and cherries into the mixture, stirring to distribute evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with garnishes like fresh pineapple slices or cherries.
