- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces candy
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (for glaze)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1-2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8.5 x 4.5 inch loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Add melted butter and egg; mix well. Stir in mashed bananas.
- Sift flour and baking powder into the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in Reese's Pieces until evenly distributed.
- Pour batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before glazing with a mixture of peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk.
