- 1 cup (2 sticks / 227 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1½ cups (300 g) light brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup (129 g) creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter chips
- 2 cups (376 g) Reese’s pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream together unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and kosher salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the peanut butter chips and Reese’s pieces until evenly distributed.
- Chill the dough for 15 minutes before scooping onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until edges are set and tops are golden brown. Allow cooling on the sheets for 30 minutes before serving.
