  • 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups (376 g) Reese’s pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and kosher salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the peanut butter chips and Reese’s pieces until evenly distributed.
