Ingredients
- 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and artichokes.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2-inch squares. Place filling in the center of each square and pinch closed to form balls.
- Arrange dough balls in the greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before inverting onto a plate; serve warm.
