- 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth.
- Fold in finely chopped spinach and seasonings until well mixed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
