Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the baked wings.
- Return the wings to the oven for an additional 15 minutes until they are sticky and caramelized.
