  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp heavy cream, chilled
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Icing sugar, sifted over

  2. For the cream mixture, beat softened cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth, then whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold them together.
  3. Preheat the oven and roll out the croissant dough. Spoon strawberry filling and cream mixture onto each triangle before rolling them up.
