- 2 cups flour

- ¾ cup buttermilk

- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced small)
- ½ cup fresh strawberries (diced small)
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly grease your doughnut pans with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and strawberry jam until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in diced strawberries gently.
- Spoon the batter into prepared doughnut pans and fill each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before glazing.
