Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth; fold in Cool Whip gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in a serving dish, layer with sliced strawberries, and top with the cooled pretzel crunch.
