Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and quartered)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a deep dish pie plate or large baking dish.
- In a large bowl, toss strawberries with granulated sugar until well combined. Stir in cornstarch and vanilla until evenly coated, then pour into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, both sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and combine until crumbly. Spread this topping over the strawberry mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
