- 3.4 ounces cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
- 1½ cups whole milk
- 8 ounces thawed whipped topping
- 14.4 ounces graham crackers
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (washed, hulled, and sliced)
- 16 ounces store-bought strawberry frosting
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- Lay a single layer of graham crackers in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top, followed by another layer of graham crackers.
- Pour the remaining pudding mixture over this layer and top with more sliced strawberries and one final layer of graham crackers.
- Heat the strawberry frosting in a microwave-safe container for 10-15 seconds until pourable. Spread it evenly over the cake.
- Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
