- 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
- 4 oz yogurt (or additional cream cheese/coconut cream)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (or sugar-free alternative)
- 5 medium-sized strawberries
- Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Let the cream cheese reach room temperature or prepare your coconut cream.
- Remove stems from strawberries and blend until smooth.
- In a food processor, combine pureed strawberries, cream cheese (or coconut cream), yogurt, powdered sugar, and optional vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least one hour to thicken.
