Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, boil water and cook sago pearls until transparent (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let sit covered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  2. Strain cooked sago and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
  3. Blend strawberries with evaporated milk and condensed milk until smooth. Chill while preparing other components.
  4. Drain excess water from sago and combine it with chilled coconut milk and blended strawberry mixture in a large bowl.
  5. Spoon into serving cups and garnish with chopped strawberries.
