- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tsp crushed ginger
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- Preheat the oven and broiler to its highest setting.
- Place marinated chicken on a wire rack over a rimmed baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
