Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter until well blended.
- Add the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the flour, baking soda (or baking powder), and salt until just mixed—avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×4 inch loaf pan.
- Bake for about one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
