Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl; whisk in honey and mashed banana until combined. Add eggs and mix well.
- Incorporate baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla into the mixture; whisk until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the flour with a rubber spatula until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan; bake for about 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
