Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Melt butter and combine with the crumb mixture, then press into a springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in lemon juice, sour cream, vanilla extract, and culinary lavender until fully blended.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for about 60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
