- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjustable)

Instructions
- Finely chop the parsley and cilantro. Mince the garlic and finely chop the red onion.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, and red onion.
- Pour in olive oil and red apple vinegar. Add smoked paprika and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir until well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze in ice cube trays for easy portions.
