Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts or other nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and optional nuts on top.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
