- 1 lb chicken tenders or breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken strips in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange chicken strips in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Heat buffalo sauce in a saucepan; coat cooked chicken strips before stuffing with mozzarella sticks.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
