Ingredients
- 1 envelope active dry yeast (1 tablespoon)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted and slightly cooled)
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm milk and sugar; let it sit until bubbly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt, then add the activated yeast mixture along with eggs and melted butter.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread apple butter over it, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Roll up tightly, slice into rounds, and place in a greased baking pan to rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for 18–25 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling, prepare the cream cheese frosting by mixing all frosting ingredients together.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls before serving.
