- 0.25 cup brown sugar

- 0.25 cup cold butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
- In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
- Gently fold in apple butter until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the swirl topping by mixing apple butter, brown sugar, flour, cold butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter; top with swirl mixture.
- Bake for approximately 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool before serving.
