Instructions

  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
  5. Gently fold in apple butter until evenly distributed.
  6. In a separate bowl, prepare the swirl topping by mixing apple butter, brown sugar, flour, cold butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
