- 2 large apples (peeled, cored, diced)

- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1-2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing or lining it with liners.
- In a bowl, toss diced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and fold in the spiced apples carefully.
- Fill muffin cups about three-quarters full with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with enough milk to reach desired consistency; drizzle over warm muffins.
