- 400 g Ground beef

- 100 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Boil peeled and cubed potatoes in salted water until tender; mash in a mixing bowl.
- Combine mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook ground beef in a frying pan with seasonings until browned; let cool.
- Shape potato mixture around a spoonful of the beef filling and mozzarella cheese to form croquettes.
- Dredge each croquette in flour, dip in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry croquettes until golden brown and crispy on all sides; drain on paper towels.
