- Fresh strawberries (washed, tops removed)
- Fresh blueberries (washed)
- Fresh blackberries (washed)
Instructions
- Slice the chilled cheesecake into strips and then cut each strip into equal triangles.
- Thread a blueberry onto a skewer followed by a piece of cheesecake. Alternate with strawberries and blackberries until the skewer is filled.
- Serve immediately for best freshness or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
