Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla essence, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures; fold in chopped apples.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Shape dough into small fritters and place them in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Mix icing sugar, milk, vanilla essence, and melted butter for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm fritters before serving.
