- 2 large ripe mangoes

Instructions
- Wash all fresh produce. Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes.
- Finely chop the red bell pepper, jalapeño, and red onion. Combine these ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add the diced pineapple to the mixture.
- Drain and rinse the black beans before adding them to the bowl.
- Drizzle fresh lime juice over the mixture; add cilantro if desired. Stir gently until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for optimal flavor melding.
