- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit until frothy (5–10 minutes).
- Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
- Gradually add flour and salt; knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled in size.
- Combine Biscoff cookie butter and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, then roll tightly.
- Slice into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish; let rise again (30–45 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
