  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through; transfer to a plate.
  3. Sauté onions in the same skillet until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth and Boursin cheese; stir until smooth and bubbly for about 5 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet; warm through for a couple of minutes, adding more broth if needed for sauce consistency.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped parsley.
