Instructions
- Layer the tomato slices evenly on a serving platter.
- Tuck mozzarella slices in between the tomato layers for an attractive look.
- Spoon cooked quinoa around the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Add whole basil leaves throughout the salad for added fragrance.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and add balsamic glaze if desired.
