  • 1 Large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour (heat treated)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1/2 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3 TBSP Milk
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 24 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Large eggs (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup Cookie dough balls
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 TBSP Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a springform pan.
  2. For the crust: Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in one bowl; in another bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla. Mix in egg and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips. Press into the pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. For the edible cookie dough: Beat together heat-treated flour, butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth. Add milk and fold in chocolate chips. Form into small balls.
  4. For the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time and fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Assemble by pouring half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, adding cookie dough balls, then covering with remaining batter. Bake for approximately 60 minutes until set. Cool before refrigerating.
  6. Top with ganache made from melted chocolate chips mixed with heavy cream, followed by whipped cream.
