  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three 8-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add in the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually stir in boiling water to create a smooth batter.
