Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters. You should get around 10 clusters.
- Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours until completely solid.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating. Place them back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Return to the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate harden before serving.
