Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas (6-inch size)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Brush melted butter evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously on top of the buttered tortillas.
- Cut each tortilla into wedges (about eight pieces per tortilla).
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
