- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
- For the glaze, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Spread half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes; remove from the oven and top with remaining glaze. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
