Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, coconut condensed milk, and confectioners sugar. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly with lightly wet hands to smooth the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until firm. Slice into bars using a sharp knife.
